This scanner incorporates Hexagon’s established optical tracking technology, operating in Multi-line Scanner mode, alongside Structure Light Scanner technology, which functions in Snapshot Scanner mode. This dual capability enables it to be customized for various measurement requirements effectively and accurately. Furthermore, the Optium System has been enhanced into an Automated Optical Inspection System, a unique offering in the market. It features an automatic self-calibration function for both the Tracker and Scanner components, as well as a simulation program that utilizes Digital Twin technology, facilitating easier programming for measuring a variety of workpieces. Additionally, the system includes a collision prevention mechanism and several other user-oriented features. The result is that users can leverage inspection results to optimize their workflows promptly and achieve significant reductions in production costs.
