GE4Pi Inter High rotation accuracy and feed accuracy is accomplished by the utilization of 5 key components. First, the Toyoda Stat Bearing, a wheel spindle with high rotation accuracy that uses a hydrostatic and hydrodynamic bearing structure. Second, a high rigidity, low-vibration bed that suppresses vibration while maintaining rigidity. Third, the high-accuracy ballscrew with an increased diameter enhancing feeding mechanism for higher rigidity. Fourth, the floating plate to absorb ballscrew runout, maintaining accuracy and positioning. Finally, the high-quality scraping, prolonging stability of feed accuracy.
GE4Pi Inter Reduction of thermal displacement is achieved by the utilization of 4 key components. Firstly, the low thermal displacement bed reducing the impact of thermal displacement caused by fluctuation of room temperature. Second, a heat isolation cover suppressing the impact of coolant. Third, optimizing the coolant flow channel, further suppressing the impact of coolant heat. Finally, wheel spindle with improved heat-release properties, suppressing the impact of machine-generated heat.
