One of the evening’s most memorable moments came during the keynote address delivered by Mr. Phummarin Sosrisakorn , Managing Director of Prolific Group. Rather than focusing on business milestones or financial achievements, he chose to share the personal story behind the company’s founding.
He recalled a conversation with his late father—whom he affectionately referred to as “Tia”—that marked the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey.
“I want to build a company specializing in heat technology.”

“The real challenge,” he explained, “is bringing together people from different organizations, different backgrounds, and different cultures to work toward the same goal.”
With a smile, he added:
“To be honest, I still don’t know what temperature is required to bring everyone together.”
After a brief pause, he delivered the message that drew warm applause from the audience:
“But one thing I know for certain is that it isn’t the heat from an industrial furnace. It is sincerity, mutual trust, and respect for one another that have united all of us into what Prolific Group is today.”
