NS TOOL : Mugen Coating Premium Plus : Direct milling helps reduce production costs efficiently

Each product undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure adherence to the highest standards. We would like to recommend the Mugen Coating Premium Plus Series, which features NS TOOL’s innovative coating technology. This advanced solution enables the direct milling of materials with a hardness of up to 70 HRC. Traditionally, shaping workpieces from such high-hardness steels necessitated the use of Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), which is often associated with longer production times and elevated costs. However, the Mugen Coating Premium Plus allows for direct milling, facilitating a smoother surface finish while significantly reducing both production time and expense

Customers will experience significant advantages with NS TOOL, including enhanced precision, consistency, and reliable quality—essential elements in the manufacturing process, particularly within the mold industry that demands high-precision tools.
