The Yuasa Grand Fair 2025, held from February 5 to 7 at BITEC Bangna in Bangkok, marked the event’s first international edition outside Japan. The fair attracted 6,000 visitors over three days, showcasing products and solutions from 206 manufacturers, such as machine tools, industrial equipment, and energy solutions. Attendees explored cutting-edge automation and engaged with experts on advanced technologies. The fair emphasized Yuasa Trading’s role in driving innovation and industry connections. Small parts machining is a crucial benefit the FF-400V/30L offers, achieved by having the BT30 spindles – compact, high-performing, and high-accuracy, they are designed to perform a comprehensive range of machines with high efficiency, offering enhanced speed with the maximum speed spindle of 20,000 round per minute. In addition to the high-speed BT30 spindles, the FF-400V/30L delivers high speed armless tool changer, with the tool storage capacity of up to 26, and high speed positioning, with a rapid traverse rate of X-, Y-, and Z-axis of 60m per minute. Furthermore, the FF-400V/30L boasts a highly rigid 2-axis rotary table (A- and C-axis), with support on both ends, enabling high-precision from any angle and achieving process integration.

Moreover, the FF-400V/30L has been ergonomically designed for seamless operation to reduce load on the operator while loading and unloading workpieces. This can be digitally setup and it is designed to replicate the factory machine in the office PC. Operation programs can be created while checking the workpiece shape and process, intuitively with touch panels.
