Takamatsu Machinery (Thailand) Co., Ltd. recently hosted the TAKAMAZ PRIVATE SHOW 2024, aimed at promoting the trend of “Energy Saving” to metal parts manufacturers across various industries in Thailand and internationally. During this event, the company introduced the new CNC lathe XWG-3, designed to enhance carbon neutrality and establish a cutting-edge, high-efficiency production model.
The TAKAMAZ PRIVATE SHOW 2024 was held at the head office in Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province, with Mr. Eiji Yamashita, Managing Director and Mr. Atipon Chutiseriporn, Executive Director, along with staff from Takamatsu Machinery (Thailand) Co., Ltd., extended a warm welcome to all attendees.
Several partners participated in the event, including Mitsubishi Electric, Kitagawa, SMC, Sumitomo, Yamada, Dynex, Hakusan, Blum Novotest, Applicad, and Neos. The TAKAMAZ PRIVATE SHOW 2024 was well-received by over 150 attendees and received significant interest due to its showcase of advanced technologies that promote sustainability in manufacturing processes and energy efficiency within the metalworking industry.
Introducing the XWG-3 CNC Lathe in Thailand
The XWG-3 CNC lathe is engineered to address the requirements of modern manufacturing, with a focus on enhancing carbon neutrality and optimizing production efficiency. The XWG-3 gang type CNC lathe is equipped with 2 spindles and 2 slides, a 4-inch chuck, and a Mitsubishi MG30H high-speed loader capable of operating up to 30% faster than previous models. Additionally, it can be controlled using the Mitsubishi M830VW controller, which is equipped with a 19-inch multi-display touchscreen, facilitating enhanced convenience and efficiency in operation. The design of the machine also prioritizes space conservation and energy efficiency.
