The event began with a welcome address and opening remarks by Mr. Rungsimon Sompornnimitkul, Managing Director of Precision Tooling Group, who also shared the key objectives behind the organization of the event.

Mr. Rungsimon said, “We want the Private Showcase to be a platform where customers can discover the latest technologies and engage closely with our specialists. What matters is not simply presenting products, but understanding the real challenges and needs of each factory and providing the right solutions to address them—whether that means reducing costs, increasing productivity, minimizing downtime, improving quality, or enhancing energy efficiency.”

At the same time, Mr. Rungsimon also highlighted PTSC’s direction toward moving beyond the traditional role of a product distributor, with a stronger focus on understanding customers’ challenges and delivering solutions that create tangible value for their manufacturing operations.

“Technology in the manufacturing sector is evolving very rapidly. We therefore want PTSC to be more than just a product distributor; we want to be a partner that customers can turn to for consultation and work with to identify ways to improve their manufacturing processes. This event was designed to bring together technologies from different areas in one place, giving customers the opportunity to explore solutions that they can take back, evaluate, and genuinely apply to their own factories.”

This philosophy was reflected throughout the event. The activities were not focused solely on introducing technologies, but on connecting each solution to the key objectives of modern manufacturing—including Precision, Productivity, Quality, Cost Reduction, Energy Saving, and Sustainable Manufacturing.

Improvement Solution for Grinding Process – ACCRETECH / Tokyo Seimitsu

Presenting solutions for optimizing the Grinding Process, with a focus on reducing dimensional variation, improving consistency, and enhancing the surface quality of workpieces. These solutions are well suited to manufacturing processes that demand high levels of Precision and stringent quality standards.

Sustainable Factory Infrastructure – SHINWA Cooling Tower

Another Solution that attracted significant interest was Energy Saving technology for Cooling Towers, highlighting that reducing factory operating costs is not limited to the production line alone. Facility and Energy Management systems also play an important role in improving overall operational efficiency.

The Solution covers everything from inspection, measurement, and performance analysis of Cooling Towers to developing appropriate improvement plans or equipment replacement strategies. These approaches help reduce motor workload, lower electricity consumption, and improve the overall efficiency of the Cooling System. It represents a practical approach to connecting cost reduction with the broader goals of Sustainable Manufacturing.

New CNC Machine Technology – MIN SEN Machinery

The Technology Seminar concluded with an update on new CNC Machine Technology, focusing on enhancing production efficiency, precision, and return on investment. The session offered manufacturers new perspectives for evaluating technologies that can help strengthen their production capabilities and expand capacity in the future.

In addition, the event featured other Solutions aimed at improving overall factory efficiency, ranging from Cutting Tools, CNC Monitoring & Protection, and coolant oil separators to Integrated Factory Solutions. Together, these technologies provided participants with a broader view of opportunities to improve their factories across multiple dimensions.

Solution Consultation: Connecting Technology to Real-World Applications

Another key highlight was the Solution Consultation & Exclusive Showcase, which gave participants the opportunity to engage directly with engineering teams, specialists, and Technology Partners.

The Private Showcase format allowed participants to bring real challenges from their factories to the discussion, exchange ideas, and work together with specialists to evaluate which Solutions could be appropriately applied to their operations. Rather than simply receiving an overview of product information, participants could explore practical approaches tailored to their specific manufacturing needs.

For professionals across Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Facility, and Factory Management, the value of the event went beyond discovering new technologies. It also provided practical ideas for reducing costs, increasing Productivity, minimizing Downtime, improving Quality, and enhancing energy efficiency—ideas that can be taken back and further developed into improvement projects within their own factories.

Voices from the Event: Insights on Technology & Solutions

One of the clearest reflections of the value of PTSC Tooling Group Private Showcase 2026 was the positive feedback from participants, who saw opportunities to bring the technologies and Solutions presented at the event back to their own factories and apply them to real-world challenges—including energy management, cost reduction, and production efficiency improvement.

Ms. Thananchanok Pholnam-in, General Manager, Thai Tsuzuki Co., Ltd., said, “What I found most beneficial and relevant to our factory was the application of IoT technology to detect Tool abnormalities and Runout before they result in NG workpieces. This directly addresses an issue we encounter in our factory. If we can identify in advance that a Tool or equipment within the production process is beginning to show abnormalities, we can prevent problems before defective parts occur. In particular, using IoT for Tool Breakage detection, instead of relying on commands from the CNC Program, can significantly reduce the time required for Tool checking and greatly minimize the risk of producing a large batch of defective parts due to an undetected broken Tool. In addition, the seminar provided us with valuable information about Coolant Filtration and how to select the appropriate Coolant for different workpieces. This is another Solution we are currently exploring to help improve the efficiency of our company’s manufacturing processes.”

Mr. Patthana Phrachaibun, President of Kaihatsu Kaizen Engineering Co., Ltd., said, “Participating in this event gave me the opportunity to discover a wide range of interesting new technologies and Solutions, including Cutting Tools, LANG, and other technologies that can be practically applied to improve production efficiency. As technology is advancing rapidly, we need to continuously stay updated and explore new approaches.

For the manufacturing sector, even a small reduction in processing time can create significant value. For example, if a process that originally takes 1 minute can be reduced by another 30 seconds through technology, the impact becomes substantial when calculated across the total production volume. This aligns well with the approach of factories that place importance on Kaizen and Continuous Improvement.

Overall, I was impressed by the event’s close and friendly format, which made it easy to communicate with specialists and gain direct access to the Solutions we were looking for. If PTSC organizes an event in this format again in the future, I would be happy to participate again.”

Mr. Naret Chirakowithayaphat, Manager, Facility Engineering, Thairung Union Cars Co., Ltd., said, “As I am responsible for Facility Management at the factory, including energy management, participating in this event gave me the opportunity to discover new technologies and Solutions that can be practically applied to our internal factory projects. These included measurement equipment, PVC flooring systems, Energy Saving solutions for Cooling Towers, and coolant oil separators.

In particular, the Energy Saving Solution for Cooling Towers is highly relevant to our company. The process can begin with measuring and analyzing the system’s performance, followed by using the data to develop an improvement plan or determine whether equipment should be replaced. This can help reduce the workload of the motors, lower electricity consumption, and improve the overall efficiency of the system.”

From another perspective on improving Productivity, Mr. Phatthana expressed interest in technologies that can enhance manufacturing process efficiency, particularly Cutting Tools and LANG. This further reflects how, in a manufacturing environment where technology is advancing rapidly, continuously keeping up with new innovations can lead to valuable improvements and create significant benefits for factories.

Mr. Wirat Buaptha, QFM, IJTT (Thailand) Co., Ltd., said, “Participating in this event gave me the opportunity to update both my knowledge and my understanding of new technologies, including measurement equipment, advanced machinery, and Cutting Tools, which are directly relevant to our factory operations. Our factory is currently using Tungaloy and NTK Cutting Tools, so having the opportunity to explore additional technologies and Solutions, while also exchanging information directly with specialists, gave us a better understanding of the products and how they can be applied. It also increased our confidence in selecting technologies that are appropriate for our manufacturing processes. I was impressed by the event format, which allowed participants to learn and engage in close discussions, gaining both new knowledge and perspectives that can be taken back and further applied to improve our factory’s manufacturing processes.”
